How to Make a Passion Fruit Margarita

For cinnamon simple syrup – In a small pot over low heat combine all the ingredients. Cook for around 10 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool down completely.

Place tequila, orange liqueur, Passion fruit and cinnamon syrup, and some ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 to 30 seconds. Strain the margarita into the glass.

Tips & Tricks

You can omit the cinnamon syrup and use just plain simple syrup.

You can make it spicy with a jalapeño simple syrup. Similar to the cinnamon simple syrup. In a small pot over low heat combine all the ingredients and replace cinnamon with jalapeños. Cook for around 10-15 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool down completely and strain to remove the jalapeños.
