Hello winter! Hello Winter White Sangria. Sangrias are great drinks. I like to think I am getting some extra vitamins with all the fruit involved.

I also enjoy this cocktail because it is just as refreshing as any sangria and great to serve during the holidays and all winter long. Here’s how to make Winter White Sangria.
Ingredients

- bottle white wine
- rum
- pear juice
- lime juice
- 3-4 pears
- rosemary sprigs
- soda or sparkling water
- ice
Tools Needed

- pitcher
- wooden stirrer or wooden spoon
How to Make Winter White Sangria

In a tall pitcher combine the white wine, rum, pear juice, lime juice, pear slices and rosemary sprigs. Stir to combine.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Fill the glasses with ice, fill until ¾ full with the sangria and top with the soda. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pear slices.
Tips & Tricks
Sauvignon blanc was used for this recipe. You can substitute and use Moscato for a sweeter and bubbly sangria. If you want dry and bubbly, you can use Prosecco or Champagne.
If you have more time on your hands, chill the sangria for 4 to 6 hours. That makes it more aromatic.
