When you are switching up the way you are diet or just how you eat and drink in general you want options. I am know that I am not quite ready to enjoying a cocktail or two. Everything in moderation, right?
So, here is a low carb mojito recipe that is easy to make and delicious to enjoy.

How to Make a Low Carb Mojito
- Place the mint leaves, sugarfree simple syrup and lime juice in a highball glass and lightly muddle.
- Add ice & rum.
- Stir.
- Top with club soda and stir lightly before serving.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and limes.
Tips and Tricks
If you are on a keto diet this is a great mojito alternative.
I highly recommend Bacardi rum, but you can use whatever rum you like, just don go for the cheap stuff.
You can also make this low carb with vodka. Unflavored alcohol like vodka, rum and gin have no net carbs.
If you do not have sugarfree simple syrup you can use a sweetner such as swerve or stevia.
You can make this a mocktail by eliminating the rum.

- 2 ounces fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces club soda or sparkling water
