How to Make a Champagne Mule

- In a shaker muddle the blackberries, mint sprigs and lemon juice. Add the vodka and stir to combine.
- Strain over glasses filled with ice until half full. Top with soda and finish up with a splash of champagne.
Tips & Tricks
You can refrigerate the blackberry vodka mix for up to 2 days so it’s a great make ahead cocktail.
I garnished them with mint sprigs and blackberries.
You can swap the blackberries for raspberries and the result is just as good. You can also swap out the soda and use ginger beer.
